Mellors’ Garage is authorised to carry out MOT tests on behalf of the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). If your vehicle is aged 3 years or over it should have an annual MOT test to ensure that it meets the minimum standard in respect of road worthiness. All of our MOT testers have been formally trained by DVSA and attend regular refresher courses to ensure that they keep up to date with changing standards. We add customers to our MOT register so no need to remember when your MOT expires – we remind you!

We also carry out warranty services in accordance with manufacturers specifications using genuine parts to ensure that your warranty remains intact. This allows you to have your vehicle serviced at a competitive rate, locally by those that you know and trust, rather than having to visit a main dealer.

In addition to the above Mellors’ Garage also provide seasonal offers such as the Winter Safety Check and Holiday Check to give you the added peace of mind when the weather takes a turn for the worse or you are considering taking your vehicle on a long journey.

1, 2, 3 or 4, its really down to you! We stock a range of tyres and can source most makes and sizes at competitive rates, so why not have your tyres replaced whilst having your service carried out? It certainly saves you the time and effort associated with going elsewhere!   

Engine Management Diagnostics   

With the latest equipment we aim to diagnose most faults. Once we understand what the faults are, we discuss the issue with you to ensure that you are kept fully informed and can take an active role in deciding what happens next, particularly where costly repairs may be necessary.
